- Request software demonstrations or trials

- Any other personal information you send to us whether requested by us or voluntarily given by you.
- Information as legally required by the Workers Compensation Act; this information is collected for the purposes of complying with WorkSafeBC (or your local Workers' Compensation Board), investigating your incident/accident report, and managing your return to work.
We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Services. The information we automatically collect may include:
- Information about your computer and about your visits to and use of the Services (including your IP address, device identifier, geographical location, date and time, browser, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths)
- Information about how you use the Services, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the Services. The information automatically collected will be associated with any personal data you have provided.
We may use your Personal Data to:
- Process your requests for demonstrations or access to services
- Accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request
- Personalize content that you view or receive from our site
- Evaluate and improve our services
- Administer the site and analyze the sites’ performance and functioning
- Prevent fraud
- Comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations
- Send you non-marketing commercial communications such as email notifications that you have specifically requested

Prismatic does not sell or rent your Personal Data to marketers or third parties.
We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who are integral to the operation of our Website and Services including Prismatic partners, as well as any third parties that you have directly authorized to receive your Personal Data.
We may store your Personal Data in locations outside the direct control of Prismatic, for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers. Personal Data will only be stored in Canada.
We may disclose your Personal Data to law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties if we are compelled to do so by subpoena, court order or other legal process, in order to comply with laws, statutes, rules or regulations, or if we believe in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our terms and conditions.
In addition, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar events, certain information in our possession may be transferred to our successor or assignee.
Prismatic retains Personal Data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship. We may also retain Personal Data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules. If you request that we delete your Personal Data, Prismatic will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety.
We follow generally accepted industry standards of technology and operational security to protect the Personal Data submitted to us from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Where granted by local law, you may have the right to request access to the Personal Data that we have collected about you. You may also have the right to request a copy of the Personal Data that we have collected about you and to have any inaccuracies in that data corrected. In certain circumstances, you may also request that we cease processing your Personal Data.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important Prismatic’s Website, Software, and Services are not designed for or directed at children 18 years of age or younger, and Prismatic does not intentionally collect or maintain personal data about anyone under this age.
We reserve the right to amend this Statement from time to time and will update the Website and Software with the most recent version of this Statement so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
